Energetic Work as a Path to Cultivate Self Compassion

There are many different ways to cultivate compassion for ourselves.  A powerful, long-lasting and ever-evolving entry into self-compassion is through ENERGETIC AWARENESS.  Energetic Awareness is recognizing and acknowledging ourselves as energetic beings.  

Through deepening our Self–Awareness we make space to notice and relate WITH our AWARENESS. 

What does this mean?  


When we practice intentional Self-Awareness and learn how to FOCUS our awareness, we begin to understand where our energy is and what energy is OURS. We start to understand when our awareness (our energy field) may have gotten clouded and confused by energies that may have been built up or energies that do not belong to us. EVERYTHING is energy! 

I would like to add that energetic and self-awareness are not about forcing ourselves to do the things we “should'' do.  Rather, we start by first tuning into where we are energetically.  Once we can see where we are, then we can take the appropriate next steps with grace, rather than following a one-size-fits-all prescription, program, method, or teaching, it’s a more natural evolution.   If there has been one thing that has been strong in my awareness lately, it is that we are all on an individualized track as far as what are our deeper energetic needs and unique movements within the phases of our lives. Yes, there are practices that are beneficial to all bodies and spirits, yes! AND, then there is the subtle energetic realm that reverberates underneath it all, individually and uniquely for each of us!  

It is hard to admit that we are like everyone else and it is hard to admit we are not like everyone else….what a paradox!

As an Energetic Intuitive, I guide people into finding that subtle underlying whisper, the energetic vibration of an individual's unique needs.  

Where are you struggling most in your life right now? What are you struggling most with in your life right now, internally and/or externally? For me, I have become acutely aware of the amount of shame that I carry and it is showing up BIG TIME!  The identification I have made that some of the toughest spots I have encountered within myself are actually shame has been a really difficult surprise to me.  Shame is formally defined as “a painful feeling of humiliation or distress caused by the consciousness of wrong or foolish behavior.” For me, this feeling is from strong known past events in this lifetime as well as a repetitive theme throughout lifetimes! I am glad for this awareness, because now that I am able to identify it, I am not fully controlled and clouded by it!  Space has been created between me and it, and I can start to do the healing that is required surrounding this.  Cultivating compassion for myself is part of my healing process.  Cultivating compassion for ourselves allows all of us to have more certainty in who we are.  

Cultivating compassion for ourselves allows for us to reverberate compassion into the world from a more resourced place.  

Self-Awareness and your connection with your Divine Self are the keys!
